This 15-day tour offers you an opportunity to visit Nawalgarh, Udaipur, and Jaipur amongst other cities and indulge yourself in the past and live life king size quite literally.
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Arrival at Delhi where you meet our representatives to lead you to the pre-booked hotel accommodation for overnight stay
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
Leave for a visit to Old Delhi post breakfast. Visit the Rajghat (A Mahatma Gandhi memorial), Jama Masjid (India’s largest mosque) and the famous wholesale market of Chandni Chowk. Move on to visit the beautiful architectures of the Humayun’s tomb and Qutub Minar along with a drive past the India Gate and the Rashtrapati Bhavan, the residence for the President of India.
Day 3: Delhi - Nawalgarh
Depart for Nawalgarh post the breakfast. Check in at the accommodation for the overnight stay. Nawalgarh is in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan known for its folklores, majestic forts and havelis. There are traditional families that still live in these havelis. A few famous havelis include Bansidhar Bhagwat Haveli, Roop Niwas haveli and many more. Get back to your heritage accommodation.
Day 4: Nawalgarh - Deshnok - Bikaner
Depart for Bikaner from Nawalgarh post breakfast in the morning. Make a stop at Deshnok to visit the Karni Mata temple, also famously known as the Rat Temple. Visit the camel brooding farms unique to Asia in Bikaner followed by a visit to the Junagarh fort and Gajner Palace, a palace complex that sits on a lakeside. Enjoy the savory and sweet snacks famous throughout the country that are native to Bikaner.
Day 5: Bikaner - Jaisalmer
Drive to Jaisalmer after a delicious breakfast and check in at the pre-booked accommodation for a day break. Leave for Sam for the renowned camel ride through the Sam sand dunes and enjoy a cultural evening.
Day 6: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
Visit the Jaisalmer Fort, also known as the Golden Fort which was built by Rawal Jaisal. Followed by that, visit the Lodra village which is famous for its architectural ruins and the Jain temples. Also, visit the Gadsisar Lake and Patwon ki haveli.
Day 7: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
Deport for Jodhpur after the breakfast and check-in at the accommodation for the overnight stay. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort located in the heart of the city, followed by a visit to the Jaswant thada, the tombstone for the late Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Also, visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace.Visit the clock town local markets during the free evening.
Day 8: Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur
Head to Udaipur from Jodhpur after the morning breakfast while making a stop at the famous shrines of Jains at Ranakpur. Ranakpur is a UNESCO heritage site which is famous for its jain temples and the architectural ruins. Later, reach Udaipur and check in at the pre-booked hotel.
Day 9: Udaipur Sightseeing
A visit to the Saheliyon ki Bari (beautiful gardens laden with lush green lawns, marble art, fountains and lotus gardens), the City Palace (a complex of various palaces which includes a museum exhibiting various artefacts) and a visit to the Lord Jagdish temple followed by a boat ride at the Lake Pichola enjoying the picturesque view of the city. Also, a visit to the shilpgram village famous for Rajasthani handicrafts.
Day 10: Udaipur - Chittorgarh - Pushkar
Leave for Pushkar post breakfast at the hotel. Make a stop at Chittorgarh on the way. Visit the Chittorgarh Fort which stands as the epitome of Rajput bravery and its culture. Also, a brief visit to Continue the drive to Pushkar and check-in at the accommodation.
Day 11: Pushkar - Jaipur
Visit the religious Pushkar Lake and the Jagatpita Brahma Mandir nearby which is one of the few shrines for the Hindu God of creation - Lord Brahma. By noon, depart for the pink city, Jaipur. Check in at the hotel upon arrival. An evening visit to the Birla Temple and Albert Hall Museum.
Day 12: Jaipur Sightseeing
Grab your breakfast at the hotel. Visit the City Palace and Hawa Mahal (a palace famous for its jharokhas or windows). Head to Amer Fort, which overlooks the town of Amer and is a majestic palace that overlooks the Maota Lake. Make a brief stop at Jal Mahal on the way back if requested.
Day 13: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
Deport for Agra after the breakfast. Make a stop at Abhaneri Fatehpur Sikri enroute to visit the beautiful Mughal architecture built by Emperor Akbar. By evening, arrive at the hotel in Agra and check in at the hotel.
Day 14: Agra - Delhi
Visit the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, an epitome of love and beauty built by Emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Depart for Delhi and make a stop at Sikandra which is the cenotaph of Ruler Akbar on the way. Arrive at Delhi and check-in at the accommodation.
Day 15: Departure from Delhi
Leave for the airport for further travel arrangements.
