An international road running competition, the Jaipur Marathon will be a month long event showcasing the diversity of 20 Indian states. It is the third edition of the sporting event and it will be a cultural jamboree with around 50,000 participants including athletes from the UK, USA, Switzerland and Kenya.
During Jaipur Marathon Carnival there is something for everyone: – live music, competitions, treasure hunts, magnificent firework displays, numerous sporting events, and not forgetting one of the longest processions around on Marathon Day.
The Jaipur Marathon scheduled for Sunday, January22, 2012 will be a platform to showcase our culture among all over the world. Where you could include your shade to this carnival and stand out among crowd. If nothing, at least it would be one good way of celebrating your Sunday while participating in this national level event. The Jaipur Marathon would start from Ram Niwas Bagh South Gate. Jaipur Half Marathon Race Start Time would be 07:30 a.m. and Ambuja Jaipur Marathon Race Start Time is 08:00 a.m.

| The following facilities are available on the Jaipur Marathon course for Jaipur Marathon participants. |
| Water: Drinking water available at drink stations along the course. Each drink station will be clearly marked. Energy Drink would be only for Half Marathon Participants. |
| Toilets: Mobile toilets will be stationed along the course. |
| Kilometer Marks: Every kilometer. |
Time: Digital clocks at Start Gate, Finish Gate and on the Lead Vehicle |
| Medical Aid: There will be medical stations along the course. Runners are advised to carry their own specific prescribed medicines. |
