Day 1: Chennai Arrival

Your arrival at Chennai will be welcomed by the tour manager who will assist for further check-in to the hotel. Soon, you will be briefed about the upcoming tour program and rest of the day will be at your leisure.

Day 2: Chennai - Mahabalipuram

Morning will begin with refreshing breakfast and then you depart from the hotel for little sightseeing of Chennai. The tour will include Government Houses constructed using European Architecture Style, Marina Beach and Basilica of San Thome.

Continue driving towards Mahabalipuram where you tour Saneeswara Temple, Vaikuntha Perumal Temple, Arjuna Penance, Shore Temple and Mardini Cave.

Day 3: Mahabalipuram - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram

Situated at the banks of Vegavathy River, this city is blessed with enormously beautiful temples like Ekambareshwar Temple, Kamakshi Amman and Varadharaja Perumal Temple. Another thing that makes Kanchipuram known worldwide is because of its hand-woven silk sarees that are counted amongst the expensive attire collection from India.

Later in the day come back to Mahabalipuram for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Mahabalipuram - Tanjore

The classic old city of Tanjore is the next attraction destination in the tour plan famous for its Brihadeshwara Temple and Chola Temple.

Rest of the evening you can explore the local market place for a closer touch with the old parts of the place. Overnight stay at Tanjore.

Day 5: Tanjore - Trichy - Madurai

On the way to Madurai, a halt at Trichy will be scheduled to explore marvelous architecture of Ranganathaswamy temple, Rock Fort Temple and Thiruvanaikaval Temple.

Day 6: Madurai Sightseeing

The major tourist attraction places that are included in the day tour of Madurai are Thirumalai Nayak temple, Meenakshi Amman temple and the most stunning moment of the day will arrive when you will go back to Meenakshi temple to attend the evening aarti, that will surely leave you spell bound.

Day 7: Madurai - Periyar

Get ready to uncover another glorious city of South India- Periyar. The most important attraction in today’s trip will be Periyar National Park and cruise on Periyar Lake. Wonderful jungle life full of giant elephants playing and protecting their babies, monkeys jumping from one tree to another, roaring of tiger, massive bison and antelopes going to make the adventurous and memorable.

Day 8: Periyar - Kovalam

After a scheduled jungle safari at Periyar National Park you will head towards Kovalam.

Kovalam is best known for its Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat Centers that are world famous for treatments related to bones, brains, muscles, skin care and overall health of the body. You will be taken to one of such center where depending upon your choice you will treat yourself with the aromatic herbal therapy to rejuvenate body and mind.

Day 9: Kovalam Sightseeing

Today you are free to explore Kovalam in your own way. We will escort you for the plan and the activities that can be taken up could be beach walk, beach sport activities or simply a day doing nothing and just enjoying the time is the best amongst all.

The escorting tour manager will assist you to best utilize your day.

Day 10: Kovalam - Thotapalli

After breakfast, proceed towards next destination Thotapalli where you will spend rest of the day at a house boat. Cruising through the backwaters, this trip will take you through the most serene places of the villages.

Day 11: Alleppey - Cochin

Continuing this day on the houseboat, you will ride through the natural vistas of Alleppey.  Enjoying beaches and delicious food specialty on the houseboat, later in the day you will arrive at Cochin.

Day 12: Cochin Sightseeing

The day tour of Cochin includes Mattancherry Palace, Jew Town tour and other tourist spots.

Later in the day, you will arrive at Wellington Island for an adventurous boat ride or can opt to relax peacefully enjoying the natural ambiance of the place.

Day 13: Cochin - Guruvayur - Mysore

After checking out from the hotel drive towards Mysore. A halt at Guruvayur will be scheduled for a delightful visit.

Day 14: Mysore Sightseeing

The beautiful day at the beautiful city will begin with the Tour of Mysore Palace where you will get awestruck with the stunning and lavish interiors. Starting from the floor till ceiling of the palace is just like a place that we used to listen in some fairy tale.

Other attractions of the tour are Mysore Zoo, Railway Museum, Philomena Cathedral, Chamundi Hills and Brindawan gardens. This city is has plenty of fine arts and hand craft variety from its in-house production like incense sticks, sandalwood products, spices, stone carved showpieces and many other attractive items.

For shopping in Mysore Sayyaji Rao Road, Krishna Raja Circle and Ashoka Road are extremely famous. After day long tour of the city come back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 15: Mysore - Hassan - Halebid - Belur - Hassan

After breakfast at the hotel you will depart for Hassan.

Enroute a stop at Somnathpur will be scheduled for touring Chennakesava Temple belonging to one of the most rich dynasty of South India.

On the way, after leaving Somanthpur another halt at Shravanabelagola will be about Gommattesvara Bahubali a very famous pilgrimage site of Jain community.

After reaching Hassan check-in to the hotel and get ready for day trip from Hassan that will rule the adventure of the day.

Halebidu is a famous site belonging to Hoysala Dynasty that gave amazingly beautiful monuments to this place like Hoyasaleshwara Temple and Kedareshwara Temple that are amazingly beautiful with intricate carvings used in decorating the interiors of the temple.

Belur is situated on the banks of River Yagachi and in the bygone era, Hoysala Dynasty ruled this area too who built Chennakeshava temple known for its breath-taking architecture design.

Come back to the Hassan after the day trip and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 16: Hassan - Hospet

Hospet is another destination of the scheduled tour and the assisting driver get you transported safely to the hotel at Hospet. Stay overnight.

Day 17: Hospet - Hampi - Hospet

The tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site is going to be the most memorable part of the entire tour program. By the evening you will get transported back to Hospet for overnight stay.

Day 18: Hospet - Bangalore

The beauty of Bangalore is hard to get described in words so in order to understand and experience this, day will be at your leisure as you can pick the activity of your choice and the escorting driver will take care of your city transfers. Markets, Gardens, Malls, Cinema Halls, Theaters and the historical monuments Bangalore have everything in its kitty.

Day 19: Bangalore - Mumbai

After breakfast, you will drive to the airport for boarding the flight to Mumbai.

After arrival get transported to the hotel and later in the day, sightseeing tour of Mumbai will start.

The tour includes Gateway of India, Hanging Gardens, Siddhivinayak Temple, Victoria terminus and an evening walk to the Marine Drive that looks spectacular after sunset.
